PVC Fascia and soffit boards
Fascia and soffit (panelling under the Fascia) are colour-coded to match the doors and windows, and made from PVC to ensure maximum durability and a watertight finish.
External Lighting
We offer up and down lights and soffit lights (downlight under the fascia) by default, as part of every garden room design.
Cladding
Cladding is used on the exterior of every bespoke room to create a luxury finish.
We offer a range of premium timber and composite claddings. All of our timber claddings have a low moisture content and typically last up to 30 years. With every build by The Cheshire Outhouse, we include a UV stabiliser treatment by default which doubles this lifespan to up to 60 years.
Decking
We offer composite or timber decking according to your design.
As with the cladding options, timber decking has a low moisture content and typically lasts up to 30 years. Every garden room by The Cheshire Outhouse includes a UV stabiliser treatment by default which doubles this lifespan to up to 60 years.
Composite deckings require minimal upkeep and as such require next to no maintenance for a long lifespan.
Door and Windows
We offer bifold and sliding doors, in either aluminium or PVC, according to your specification.
