Do I need planning permission?
In most cases, planning permission is not required. We can construct garden rooms up to 30 square meters or cover 50% of your garden without needing permission, as long as the structure’s height does not exceed 2.5 meters. If you wish to build beyond these dimensions, you will need to consult your local planning office.
Do you offer finance?
Currently, we do not offer financing options.
What kind of foundation will I have?
We typically use ground screw foundations, as they provide the best support for our garden rooms. However, we can also accommodate concrete pads if there are numerous underground services in the area.
Will my garden room be insulated and plastered?
Absolutely! We ensure that all our garden rooms are fully insulated to meet current building regulations and plastered for a smooth finish.
