Chris and Darren wanted a space to relax and workout. They had had a large garden and wanted to utilise an unused area over an old garden pond that had been filled in. In there consultation they requested cat 5e data cable to be installed so they could use a peloton bike. They also wanted a bifold door to enjoy the views of the garden.

Solution

5 x 3m Garden room on a ground screw foundation

We agreed to build a 5 x 3m garden room with a bifold door and air conditioning, we also advised to create a walk way from the house to the room, as the garden became very soft after rain. Chris and Darren also wanted a low maintenance build so we suggested Larch, which you don’t have to treat, and has a shelf life of around 40+ years. We finished the build off with a beautiful slat wall fence and pergola.
